Knitting with feathers

Hedera Socks by Cookie A (an old knitty pattern)

Colinette Jitterbug in Vincent's Apron (even though the label says Wasabi Squeeze, I don't think it's correct). I think it should make the two socks okay, but it's notoriously short in the skein.

What is it about top down socks that you feel like you fly down the leg and turn the heel in a flash, but the foot seems to drag on forever? I've started the second one, hopefully we'll have a pair before the week is out.

And then, next week ...........

Wait for it ................

The Ivel Coat begins!

That is just beautiful.

Hope you don't run out! That's why I find my crack scales handy.

The sock is gorgeous & I like the pattern. You have done a great job. I knit my socks toe-up & for me, the leg takes forever.
