Died and gone to heaven

Not the best name for a post that you start, and then accidentally publish without any content. My apologies for those who thought I'd reached out and posted from the grave.

Indeed, the died and gone to heaven referred to a recent yarn acquisition - one I couldn't hide behind a bushel.

This week I received the Sundara Sock Club Napa Valley Collection.

It's so exciting to finally get this package - all four skeins at once - and whilst I don't love all the colours equally, I do think that as a group they do tell a story. The price of it is not so exciting, but it's taken in instalments so the sting is a little lessened by this.

From left Cabernet Grapes, fallen leaves, Grape Vine and Aged Oak Barrell.

I'm still crocheting the previous collection, it's a fair bit bigger than this picture now.

I wonder what colours the next one might bring?

Everything ok, or did you get some new yarn?

Are the streets really lined with gold? Or was that just a marketing ploy?

I guessed it was something like that. I do love those colours together and even separately, some more than others.

Those colours are very nice. The crochet rug is looking good too. Glad you didn't actually die and go to heaven, life would be very quiet without you.
